I was in a bind and needed to get my fiance’s engagement ring appraised asap! Jack was very accommodating and said he would be more than happy to have me stop by in such a short notice. This was my first experience with an appraiser and never once did I feel uncomfortable. He was very honest, professional, and very thorough in explaining the process to me.
