Earned a Certificate (California Education Code 94311 (a) ) through Sacramento, CA Certification Department, which officially authorized me to serve as an Instructor. This is due to my academic, experiential and professional qualifications to teach Gemology & Jewelry Manufacturing Arts (Now expired).
